I invested $30k in my startup and they burned

At the moment I had no doubt it is the right decision

I invested my own money, because:
1. That is how I was taught, you first invest your own
2. It helped to get the extra funding and investor money
3. I was thinking this is the only way to do it

But money is gone and now I am thinking if i made the right decision?

Was it possible to avoid it?
Is it my major failure?
Can I even build a business?
--> Self doubt obviously comes here

And this is where I stop myself.
1. 90% of businesses does not work, This is how entrepreneurship works. You invest your own money, investor money, and in 90% of cases, it will not work
2. It helped to get extra funding. And it was, it guaranteed more funding and keeping the team
3. It helped me to make so many mistake and to figure out that only customers can guarantee your business growth, not VC money
4. We build a team and had a lot of fun, I mean fun:)
5. I still have a lot of motivation to build the company one day

Would I do it again? I literally don't know.
Knowing things, and experiencing things changes all.

But probably... for the right business and big dream
