Should you include notes in your invites? Yes … and … No. What? We all know that personalization is a thing. Is it? I’ve experienced different scenarios: → Sh*tty connection notes. → Great connection notes. → No connection notes. Most connection notes I am reading are “sh*t”. “I want to extend my network” (BOOORING) “You are SOOOO EXPERIENCED” (How do you know?) “Your accomplishments …” (How do you know?) “I’ve seen your post … “ (BLA BLA BLA) Then, there are GREAT notes: → Mentioning SPECIFICS. → Mentioning something I do. → Connect with me emotionally. → Cut straight to the point (I love cold outreach). I always encourage my customers: Try WITHOUT an invitation note first. ----- Hey, I am Dennis 😎 We help you to win warm leads on autopilot.
