When I visited Brandon’s school, he wasn’t in a good place, he spent his time messing around and not focusing and he even referred to himself as “A bit of a mess”, since then Brandon has managed to turn his life around.
Everybody has it in them to experience the change that they desire, some people just need the right guidance.
I’ve noticed when people struggle with focus, it’s because they don’t value what they need to be focused for enough for it to keep their attention.
I help people like Brandon identify reasons why they need to stay focused and help them to visualise how things can turn out should they be willing to make the necessary adjustments.
Being prepared to work on your struggles with focus can put you in a position like Brandon where you end up landing your ‘dream job’.

I used to feel completely overwhelmed and anxious in my career. I’d followed the path that was supposed to lead to career fulfillment. I went to college, got a job utilizing my degree, and worked my way up.
There came a point where this no longer felt right for me. I had the job I used to want, but it no longer felt aligned with the life I wanted or the person I wanted to be.
🩷I longed to spend more time with my family.
🩷I wanted to do work I loved and felt connected to.
🩷I wanted more time to live life the way I wanted.
I sought help through coaching and realized many of my hardships were due to my own thoughts and beliefs. Once I recognized the beliefs that were holding me back, I learned how to change them.
You can start to recognize your own limiting beliefs by questioning the thoughts that keep coming up.
Ask yourself:
✨Is it true? In other words, is this a fact?
✨Is it helpful?
✨Is it loving?
If the thought isn’t true, helpful, and loving, ditch it! Choose thoughts that make you feel good.

I agree! I read an awesome quote about this recently. It says “You have to add value, meet needs, & solve problems. You challenge assumptions & you drive change. You may fail, but then you get up and try again. Developing real expertise takes time - there are no shortcuts to excellence.”- Kayla Edwards
What I’ve learned is winners are doers. They try and try again. They look at obstacles as just that, something to be conquered. They aren’t afraid to be looked at funny or stumble through a new process because they are a novice.
This is encouragement for business owners who are figuring it out….keep going! Ask for help! Stumble through and show up because of you don’t give up you will either win or figure out when you need to pivot, and still win. 😉🏆

- Use fluency to be clear.
- Play with words.
Create rhythm. Build memory. Hook consistently.
People don't have short attention spans.
↳ They have short, boring content spans.
Next time you write, sing.
Pro tip: Read your copy out loud before posting.

“Nobody knows anything.”
Every major industry shift is littered with ‘experts’ that told someone their idea sucked or wouldn’t work until they helped cause that shift to take place.
You have to put yourself out there. Yes, speak with respect but speak so confidently that you make them question their own position… then go out and prove it.
Don’t set out to prove your process. Markets change. People change. Technology changes. Focus on the vision, test it, and bring something big to life.
Become the expert… then hopefully remember that no one knows anything! ;)

Today, as I stepped off the curb outside a store, I witnessed a vivid scene:
a driver attempting to bypass the speed bumps by steering the passenger side tires between the curb and the bumps.
The result?
A long, piercing screech as the tires scraped against the concrete.
This moment is a powerful metaphor for life.
Often, we try to avoid minor challenges, only to face greater adversity as a result.
Embrace life's speed bumps! Don't swerve to the curb to escape them. It's through facing these challenges head-on that we grow and truly succeed.
And only through facing them do we gain the experience to be of use to others, to lift and build them without ruining their tires! #lifelessons #growthmindset #lifelonglearning
