I used to feel completely overwhelmed and anxious in my career. I’d followed the path that was supposed to lead to career fulfillment. I went to college, got a job utilizing my degree, and worked my way up. There came a point where this no longer felt right for me. I had the job I used to want, but it no longer felt aligned with the life I wanted or the person I wanted to be. 🩷I longed to spend more time with my family. 🩷I wanted to do work I loved and felt connected to. 🩷I wanted more time to live life the way I wanted. I sought help through coaching and realized many of my hardships were due to my own thoughts and beliefs. Once I recognized the beliefs that were holding me back, I learned how to change them. You can start to recognize your own limiting beliefs by questioning the thoughts that keep coming up. Ask yourself: ✨Is it true? In other words, is this a fact? ✨Is it helpful? ✨Is it loving? If the thought isn’t true, helpful, and loving, ditch it! Choose thoughts that make you feel good. I have 3 openings for 1:1 clients in March.
