I turned nearly 80 podcast episodes into a billion dollar network. Here’s how: Podcasts are often overlooked. Sort of like a checkbox. Oh, your entrepreneurial mate Bob has one, so you felt the pressure to get one too? But you should really use it to your advantage. You’re spending the time doing these podcasts, so they should work for you. Here’s what my podcast does for me: - Exposure - Credibility - Leads Honestly, the first 8 months I saw zero return on investment. But for me, giving up wasn’t something I was going to do. For me, success is about making adjustments and staying the course. I get a kick out of exploring diverse perspectives and untold stories. It’s a chance to learn from the best. The entrepreneurs I’ve spoken to have a combined worth over $1 billion. So I use this to my advantage and I’ve learnt so bloody much from them all.
