In the last 14 months of remote work, I wasted 12 working alone (consider this).

Working from home is comfortable.

- No commute
- Working in boxers
- Working on the sofa

But after a while, it gets lonely.

- Lunching alone
- No water tank talks
- No real-life human contact

Then, a little miracle happened:

Cyrielle contacted me and asked me if I wanted to try out Workshop17 Mauritius.

I said “hell yeah” and it changed my days.

1. I see other people working
→ Motivates me to focus

2. I meet new people
→ Yes, at the water tank

3. Some days, I work with friends
→ We meet up at the co-working

4. I get inspired by the place

Working remotely is the best.
But working remotely ≠ being alone.

2 weeks ago, I made myself a promise:

When I sign my 4th client, I'll buy myself golf clubs.

Here’s why:

10 weeks ago, I started playing golf ⛳️

I’m reaching the point where I need my own equipment.

I’m excited to explore the beautiful golf courts in Mauritius…

But, I set myself a challenge. And I’ll stick to it.
→ No 4th client, no golf clubs.

2020:

I live in rainy Belgium
I’m stuck in the classic 9-5
I’m forced back into the office
I have to wear a shirt and a blazer
I’m a sales making money for founders

2023:

I live in sunny Mauritius
I work whenever the hell I want
I wear shorts, a T-shirt & no shoes
I work from wherever the hell I want
I help founders to monetize their LinkedIn

It was a risk to start as a freelancer.
I had to put in a lot of hard work.
But I don’t regret anything of it.

Before working with me, I want you to know this:

I’m a solo ghostwriter.
Not a ghostwriting agency.

What does that mean?

How I format sexy posts without overthinking it:

I use 3 dead simple tricks.

1/ More than 2 commas → bullet points
↳ easier to skim through

2/ Max 8 words per sentence
↳ I keep 95% of my sentences short.

3/ Use full stops. A lot.
↳ Makes the copy stronger.

The one thing I avoid at all times:
Big chunks of text.
